# AQUA > AQUA is a non-custodial Solana launchpad that creates direct Orca Whirlpool markets, commits the full launch supply to permanently locked liquidity, and routes token activity into time-weighted holder rewards. Pool reserves change as users trade. - “100% liquidity” means the fixed launch-token supply is assigned to the opening locked-liquidity plan; it does not mean AQUA owns 100% of circulating balances forever. - Holder rewards target 20-minute allocations with no application-level funding minimum; technically unusable dust carries forward. - Holder claims unlock only when the wallet's combined market reward exceeds $5 after estimated Solana costs. UI totals are shown in USD, while claims deliver the selected reward asset. - Holder rewards depend on successfully collected fees, keeper settlement, swap execution, epoch calculation and onchain claims. - Creator fee share depends on an active creator-token lock. Both amount and time scoring are capped. - Tokenized-stock assets are third-party products and can be restricted or unavailable. - Market data and charts are indexed and may lag the chain. For current numeric configuration, query the live API endpoint /api/config. Onchain accounts and signed wallet transactions are authoritative.
